Centurion Drilling strives for ZERO HARM and aims to identify and eliminate all hazards and risks from the workplace. 
To achieve this commitment we: 
•    Establish, monitor and review HSE goals and targets;
•    Formalise HSE roles and accountabilities throughout the business;
•    Develop, implement and maintain an HSE Management System;
•    Apply HSE risk management processes to all areas of the business;
•    Comply with all applicable HSE laws, regulations and standards and where adequate laws do not exist apply standards that reflect the company’s commitment to HSE;
•    Involve employees, suppliers and contractors in the improvement of HSE performances. Centurion Drilling believes safety is a shared responsibility. everyone must perform their duties with the highest regard for not only their safety, but for the safety of others;
•    Continuous training of our staff and hold individual employees accountable for their area of responsibility;
•    Investigate incidents and provide for the rehabilitation of personnel;
•    Consult with our staff and customers to ensure HSE requirements are being met and continual improvement strategies are being implemented.
•    Take all appropriate actions to ensure Centurion Drilling Operations have minimal impact on the environment and reduce their footprint on the environment in which they operate.
